Refund and Returns Policy

At Madaan Web Devs, we take pride in delivering high-quality web development, design, and digital services tailored to our clients’ needs. Since our work is service-based and often customized, traditional “returns” do not apply. However, we value fairness and transparency, which is why we have outlined the following refund policy.
1. Service Nature
Our services (web design, development, CRM setup, digital solutions) are customized to each client’s requirements.
Due to the nature of these services, completed and delivered work cannot be “returned.”
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before Work Begins: If you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment and before project initiation, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Work Completed: If the project has started but is not yet 50% complete, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the portion of work not delivered.
Non-Delivery of Services: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, you will be entitled to a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
When a project is 50% or more completed.
For delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing content, feedback, or approvals).
For change-of-mind cancellations after significant work has been completed.
For third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins, software licenses).
4. Quality Assurance & Revisions
We aim to ensure client satisfaction by offering reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, and such fees are non-refundable.
5. Process for Requesting Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@madaanwebdevs.com with a clear explanation of the reason.
Requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
